At Jazelle’s Boutique, we offer carefully curated, luxury-inspired fashion pieces. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. NO STORE CREDIT.
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason. By completing a purchase with Jazelle’s Boutique, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and photos carefully before purchasing. Jazelle’s Boutique is not responsible for fit issues, sizing discrepancies, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email shopjazelles@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
